January 2- 4:30 PM York University
January 3 / 08 - 5:00 PM York University.
Normal (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) training schedule resumes on January 7/ 08.

The first 2008 indoor meet is on January 20th. Members wishing to compete at this meet must register with the BTC by January 7th.

2007 World Youth Championships Ostrava Czech Republic
Phil Hayle competes in the 200M heats (10 heats) and advances to the 200M semi final in a time of 22.23. Phil's time in the semi final was 21.99. See photo finish in multimedia section of the web site.

ING $10,000.00 Donation
ING Insurance Company of Canada donated $10,000.00 to the Brampton Track Club. The cheque was presents to the track club during our training session (see photo in multimedia section).
The funds will be used for athletes expenses. The BTC thanks ING for their generous donation.
A special thanks to Jim Danzell. Jim won the Master's division of the Ottawa marathon, and also won the right to donate $10,000.00 winning to a club of his choice. Again thanks Jim. Good luck in your running.
